Property registration at the Sub-Registrar’s office (through Kaveri) is faster and safer when the documents are complete and consistent. Assemble them before booking a slot.
Core documents
The draft sale deed, the prior title documents (parent deeds), the latest RTC/Khata, tax receipts and the EC establish ownership and a clean history.
Party documents
Identity and address proof of buyer and seller, photographs, and PAN details as required. Ensure names match across all records.
